Right click the Wineskin wrapper (.app) you created and press "Show Package Contents", then go to Contents/Resources/drive_c/Program Files/Steam/steamapps. Right click the WineBottler bottle (.app) you have and press "Show Package Contents", then go to Contents/Resources/wineprefix/drive_c/Program Files/Steam/steamapps.
